Yesterday the Oklahoma House voted to create a fund for loans to make energy-efficient improvement in homes. HB 2530 by Rep. Mike Brown, D-Tahlequah, would create the Clean Energy Program Fund, from which loans may be made to individual borrowers to make clean energy improvements to their homes for up to $12,500. The bill now moves on to the Senate.
